High pressure parked over the Mid Atlantic will deliver a picture perfect weekend for the Finger Lakes. Skies will be clear, with hardly a cloud in sight all weekend. Winds will be light, and temperatures will be even warmer than they were on Friday.

Some places may hit 70 degrees on Saturday, while 70s will become more commonplace on Sunday. Even the overnight temperatures are warming up, with lows Saturday night in the upper 30s and near or just above 40 degrees Sunday night.

Monday will be very warm as well, with more temperatures in the low 70s. Clouds will increase from the north ahead of a cold front. This front will bring some showers through Monday night and early Tuesday, and will briefly set temperatures back to near normal. Highs Tuesday and Wednesday will be in the mid 50s. Wednesday will be dry.

Later next week, temperatures will climb into the 60s (at least) once again, with a few more showers on Friday.

The possibility for more above normal temperatures will continue into the end of the month.
