Evening Weather Forecast: February 21 transcript

This is Finger Lakes Weather meteorologist Drew Montreuil with your Tuesday evening weather forecast update for February 21st, 2017.

A batch of rain showers is moving into the Finger Lakes from the west this evening along an ill-defined frontal boundary. These showers will mainly be light, though one or two steadier periods of moderate rain may be possible. Most of the rain will move east by midnight, but clouds and a few showers will remain possible into Wednesday morning.

Temperatures will retreat back into through 40s this evening with a few 30s showing up after midnight. Wednesday will turn very warm as the sun begins to work out in the afternoon. High temperatures should reach or exceed 60 degrees for most of the Finger Lakes, with just one or two scattered showers developing.

Stay dry this evening and have a good night!
