Advertising Process
Since only 1 ad is shown in every email, I have a unique system in place to ensure fairness and audience retention.
Please be sure to read through these and understand what you are signing up for.
- As a sponsor, your ad will be shown in a maximum of 10 email campaigns per month.
- You will be charged per email campaign that your ad is displayed (maximum $250 = $25 per email x 10 emails).
- You will be billed at the end of the month for the exact number of campaigns your ad ran.
- You have the option of setting a spending cap (in multiples of $25. I.E., a $125 budget would allow for 5 emails, a $75 budget would allow for 3).
- Your ad will rotate fairly with other sponsors. If there are 3 active sponsors, your ad appears in roughly every 3rd email sent.
- You can request particular dates for your ad to run with at least 15 days notice. Dates are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only weekdays can be reserved.
- Ads will only be placed in the standard morning updates, which run >95% of weekdays and occasionally on the weekend. Special weather update emails will not have ad placement.
Payment due within 15 days of invoice. $25 late fee applies after 30 days.

- Ads should focus on just a few, easy to read words and graphics
- Ad images and business name will be linked to the URL of your choice.
- Ad images and links can be changed at any time with a 24 hour notice before the next scheduled email.
