Southwest winds 10-15 mph, turning northerly late across the northern Finger Lakes.
Temperatures begin to drop in the north and northwest, reaching the 40s near Lake Ontario. Meanwhile, 60s remain to the south with the valleys of the Southern Tier pushing 70 degrees.

Showers become numerous, transition to steadier rain.
West and northwest winds at 5-10 mph.
Cooler air continues working slowly southward, but 60s remain in the Southern Tier.

Temperatures range through the 40s, with low 40s near Lake Ontario to near 50 in the Southern Tier.

Temperatures everywhere drop to the upper 30s and low 40s.
