Dry weather with ample sunshine will dominate the rest of the work week. The weekend is a bit less certain due to an expected coastal low, but it still looks as though our region will be dry. Winds this weekend will be blustery from the north, though. Temperatures will be very steady with daily highs in the mid 60s for most areas.

Tuesday
What: Sun and mainly thin clouds
Tuesday will be sunnier than Monday. Most of the clouds that will be passing through will be of the high, thin variety. At times, even these may clear out, leaving blue sky. No rain will fall.
Winds will be from the northeast with speeds around or slightly over 5 mph. Most areas will see highs into the mid 60s, though there will be areas of low 60s, too. Overnight lows will mainly be in the upper half of the 40s.
Wednesday
What: Sunny
There should be few to no clouds in the area on Wednesday. Any clouds that do manage to pass through will likely be thin and unable to block the sunshine at all. Winds will shift a little closer to becoming due east, but speeds will remain 5-10 mph. Afternoon highs will be in the mid 60s. Overnight lows may be a touch cooler, averaging out in the mid 40s with warm and cooler pockets.
Thursday
What: Sunny
Thursday will be another day of more of the same with few if any clouds. Winds will be back to the northeast, still at 5-10 mph. Daytime highs will also be in the same range, with most areas in the mid 60s. Nighttime lows will range across the 40s.
Friday
What:Â Sun and clouds
An area of low pressure is expected to develop off the Eastern Seaboard and slowly track north through the weekend. Our area may see some clouds return as this happens, but there should still be ample sunshine on Friday and no rainfall. Afternoon highs will remain in the mid 60s. Overnight lows will be a bit warmer, around 50 degrees. Winds will be from the north at up to 10 mph.
Saturday
What: Some degree of cloudiness
Clouds are more likely on Saturday, and we could see a set up where there is only some filtered sunshine at times. Some stray showers in the eastern zones are not out of the question, but at this time, rain is more likely to stay well to our east. North winds will increase with speeds of 10-15 mph, but afternoon highs should still reach the mid 60s. Overnight lows will again be around 50 degrees.
Sunday
What: Sun and clouds
Uncertainty with the coastal low casts some doubt on Sunday’s forecast as well. Once again, though, rain will most likely stay out of the area. Winds will remain northerly at 10-15 mph with highs in the mid 60s. Overnight lows will retreat into the 40s as the low and its cloudiness depart Sunday night.
Monday
What: Sun and clouds
North winds will remain on Monday, but with lighter speeds of 5-10 mph. No rain is expected with a mix of sun and clouds. It will likely be more sunny than Saturday or Sunday will be. The increase in sunshine and decrease in wind may allow temperatures to creep into the upper 60s.
Next Week
The chances for rain next week looks scarce, but it is too early to write them off completely. Temperatures may continue to creep up a bit with a shot at 70 degrees during the latter half of the week.
