4:50pm- Severe Thunderstorm Warnings for Rochester, western FLX

A number of severe thunderstorm warnings, shown here as yellow boxes, are in effect for the western Finger Lakes.

A line of intense thunderstorms has developed southwest of Rochester and is moving northeastward. Warnings along this line almost extend from Lake Ontario to the NY/PA state line from Rochester, south. Damaging winds are the primary threat, but a brief tornado could still spin up along this line.
