Clouds near the lake effect, some sun elsewhere.
Snow showers mainly in Livingston and Ontario counties with stray flurries elsewhere across the central and northern FLX.
Winds WSW around 10 mph.
Temperatures falling to the upper 0s and mid 10s with some localized colder pockets possible where skies are clear.

Lake snows beginning to lift north to the Thruway corridor.

Some areas of clouds, but more areas of clearing.
Snow continues to lift north into the areas north of the Thruway, departing late.
Winds SW to SSW around 10 mph.
Temperatures falling to the upper 0s and low 10s with localized colder pockets possible.
Overnight (11 PM-3 AM)

Only stray flurries, but most areas stay completely dry.
