Most areas settling in the low and mid 40s, except in the Southern Tier where some areas may remain near 50 degrees.

Mostly cloudy.

No meaningful precipitation expected.

North winds 5-10 mph.

Temperatures in the low and mid 40s with a few upper 40s lingering in the Southern Tier.

Afternoon (1-5 PM)

Mostly cloudy.

No meaningful precipitation expected.

North winds 5-10 mph.

Temperatures mostly in the mid 40s with some warmer pockets south and colder pockets north.
