Saturday

What: Sun and clouds. A few showers.

A push of warmer air will make its way into the area Saturday, leading to some scattered showers. These will be especially likely in the afternoon, though some areas may not see rain. South winds will increase to 10 mph, leading to highs in the mid and locally upper 70s.

Sunday

What: A few showers

The cold front associated with this weekend’s system will pass through on Sunday, leading to a few more showers. There is a chance that Saturday ends up with more rain than Sunday, though neither day should be a washout. Sunday’s showers should organize into a brief and quick moving line. A couple rumbles of thunder will be possible.. Highs will be in the mid and upper 70s.

Monday

What: Sun and clouds.

Monday should be dry on the other side of the weekend’s system. Look for sun and clouds with a high in the low and mid 70s and a light, variable wind.

Tuesday

What: Sun and clouds.

Tuesday is looking dry most likely with a mix of sun and clouds. A south wind will develop, helping highs in the upper 70s or even near 80 degrees.

Wednesday

What: Scattered showers.

Another quick moving system will pass through on Wednesday with some scattered showers and perhaps a couple thunderstorms. Temperatures will likely be cooler than Tuesday, but ultimately will depend on the timing of this weather system.

Late Next Week

Another weather system is expected toward the end of next week, possibly with some heavy rain, followed by a turn toward cooler temperatures next weekend and the following week.
