Finger Lakes Weather needs your support

Your Partnership is Crucial

Finger Lakes Weather has grown tremendously since launching its blog-based services in 2014. Now, I need your help to keep Finger Lakes Weather going.

The time has come for me to take Finger Lakes Weather to the next level as a full-time career. Growth is a wonderful thing but comes with the offset of needing to invest more time to meet the needs of my viewers.

In order to do Finger Lakes Weather right, and to maintain the level of service you have become accustomed to, I need to devote myself full time to this work.

You can make that a reality by pledging a monthly donation to Finger Lakes Weather.

With the assurance of a steady income from donors, sponsors, and paying clients, I will be able to increase the time I give to Finger Lakes Weather massively. The results will be astounding, with more updates, new maps and graphics, video forecasts, more frequent live reporting during adverse weather, and much, much more.

To celebrate Finger Lakes Weather and mark this momentous Fund Drive, I will be broadcasting live on Facebook Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings, April 9-11th, at 7 PM. Each video will be available on FLXweather.com via blog post both during the live video session and after the video concludes.

  • Monday’s talk will focus on the evolution of Finger Lakes Weather and will feature my own personal journey from a small boy obsessed with the weather to a professional meteorologist.
  • Tuesday will be more of an educational presentation with a focus on tornadoes in New York. I will cover some general information and look at three different significant tornado events.
  • Wednesday will be a fun show featuring your comments and stories about Finger Lakes Weather. Viewers will even have the opportunity to call in via Skype and be on the air, live!

Together, we can continue to ensure the Finger Lakes region has excellent, no-hype weather coverage for many years to come. Please visit my Fund Raising page for more details and my fundraising video, or donate easily below!

How about a one time gift option.
