Up to the second updates on the tornado and severe thunderstorm watches that have been issued for parts of the Finger Lakes, including Ithaca, Cortland, and Elmira. UPDATE: ALL WATCHES HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO EXPIRE FOR THE FINGER LAKES/CENTRAL NEW YORK AREA.
