Friday

What: Sun and clouds

High pressure will continue to dominate the weather with sunshine, some thin clouds, and low humidity. There may be some times when the clouds filter the sunshine a bit. Temperatures will rise to the low 80s as winds turn lightly from the south, with a few higher elevations topping out in the upper 70s. South winds will become a bit better established after midnight, holding lows around 60 degrees.

Saturday

What: Sun and clouds

Dry weather is expected to persist into Saturday with a mix of sun and clouds. Temperatures will add another degree or two for highs in the low and mid 80s. Dewpoints will remain comfortable, but will rise slightly to the upper half of the 50s. Winds will be from the south around 5 mph.

Sunday

What: Maybe a late shower

For the most part, Sunday will also be dry. Skies will be mixed and there will be a few stray showers here and there. Most areas will not see any rain at all, though. Temperatures will top out in the low 80s. Dewpoints will increase into the low 60s. Winds will be light and variable.

Monday

What: A few showers, storms

The chances for rain will start to increase on Monday, particularly in the afternoon. Scattered showers and storms are possible, though how widespread they become is still uncertain. At least some, if not many areas will get through the day dry. Temperatures will remain in the low 80s with dewpoints in the mid 60s.

Tuesday

What: Rain and thunderstorm

Low pressure will pass near by on Tuesday, leading to areas of rain and thunderstorms. Locally heavy or prolonged rain is possible. The chance for severe thunderstorms will likely be greater elsewhere, but it is still something to monitor over the coming days. Temperatures will likely be in the mid 70s with dewpoints in the mid and upper 60s.

Wednesday

What: Some early rain?

It remains to be seen how much, if any, rain lingers into Wednesday morning. The afternoon should trend drier and sunnier. Northwest winds will take over, humidity should drop, and highs will be in the mid 70s.

Thursday

What: Sunny

High pressure will be in control by Thursday with sunny skies and low humidity. Highs will be in the mid 70s.

Next Weekend

Unsettled weather will likely return for next weekend, though the details on what exactly this looks like remains highly uncertain.
