There has been little change in the overall structure of the precipitation through the morning hours. As expected, the heaviest and steadiest is over the western half of the Finger Lakes.
Flooding is being reported about Bath, and a flash flood warning continues for Steuben, Yates, western Schuyler, and western Chemung counties.
Widespread rain will continue to engulf the region, increasing in overall intensity into the early afternoon.
Additional flooding is likely, with the threat gradually expanding north and east from the current warning.
