A frontal boundary is draped over the Finger Lakes this morning. An area of low pressure is riding along this front over the Mid-west and should bring some showers into the Finger Lakes by this evening.
Just as the world was starting to turn from white to brown to green, and just as everyone was getting used to t-shirts and not needing jackets, today happens.
The weather is starting to look a bit interesting for late this afternoon into the evening with some of the first strong thunderstorms of 2015 possible.
The weather has been very unstable during this past week due to the battle of cold and warm that set up along a stalled out frontal boundary.
