Low pressure will move from the Great Lakes to the Mid-Atlantic, only sparing a few scattered showers for the Finger Lakes.
Most of the Finger Lakes has only gotten around 50% of the normal amount of rain during the last 30 days.
High pressure will keep the Finger Lakes sunny with highs around 70 degrees on Tuesday.
