A cold front is bringing a line of showers through the Finger Lakes this late afternoon and early evening.
Gusty winds are racing out ahead of the showers, but some of the individual showers may contain gusty winds of their own.
No severe weather is expected, with only a rare rumble of thunder here or there.
Temperatures are dropping quickly behind the line, with a decrease of as much as 10 degrees in the 1-3 hours following the passage of the cold front.
Once this line of showers moves through, a mainly quiet overnight is expected, though a few stray spits of rain or drizzle may be possible into early Monday.
