As expected, a SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH has been issued for the entire area.
This watch runs until 6 PM this evening.
There is a 70% chance for 10 or more severe wind events within the watch area, and a 20% chance for 2 or more tornadoes. These are fairly standard to slightly high probabilities for most severe watches issued in our area.
I am officially doing a live blog, likely starting around 12:30 PM, but ultimately depending on when the storms start to push closer to the FLX. Stay tuned.
