Mild mid-week, quiet weekend, and chilly next week

The transition from September to October will be warm with highs in the 70s the next two days. A cold front Friday will bring rain and set temperatures back into the 60s for the weekend. Quiet weather is expected for the weekend, though, with plenty of sunshine.
