FYI, this part is a little confusing: “Friday, February 13, 2026

A quick moving weather system will pass through the region this evening with snow showers and a few squalls. Temperatures will rise into the upper half of the 20s this afternoon, then to near 30 degrees for many areas overnight.”

Does “this evening” mean Thursday evening, thus making “this afternoon” Friday afternoon?

The post is all about Friday. I try to specify that the day over saying “this” in these posts but slipped up that time. Got it fixed now.
