Cloudy.
Widespread, steady rain, some heavy.
East winds 5-10 mph.
Temperatures mainly in the low 60s with a few warmer and cooler pockets.
Afternoon (1-5 PM)
Cloudy.
Widespread, steady rain, some heavy. A few late thunderstorms over the Southern Tier.
East winds, turning to the north, 5-10 mph.
Temperatures mainly in the low 60s with a few warmer and cooler pockets.
Late Afternoon (5-7 PM)
Cloudy.
Rain and thunderstorms tapering off to showers.
North winds at 5-10 mph.
Temperatures rise to the mid 60s for most areas.
Evening (7-11 PM)
Cloudy.
Lingering showers gradually taper off. Perhaps some areas of fog.
Northwest winds around 5 mph.
Temperatures fall to the low 60s.
