Shot of snow expected Monday morning

A band of snow will make for some slick travel conditions Monday morning.

A band of snow will move through the Finger Lakes Monday morning. Slight travel delays should be anticipated. The snow will last for 2-4 hours, producing snow amounts of 1-3 inches.

Travel conditions will improve for the afternoon as temperatures rise into the mid 30s with some breaks of sun. A few more late snow showers will be possible.

    Must travel from Trumansburg to Canandaigua and then Rochester in the a.m. – how is that looking for snowfall/accumulation?

      You are likely to run into periods of snow…but how much partially depends on what part of the morning you are traveling in. Give yourself some extra time and plan for areas where the roads are not great.
