
Mid-Week Weather
Another stretch of dry weather will continue for a couple more days before an active pattern slides back in.
Like the last couple of days, skies will be a mix of sun and clouds today after a clear start.
Winds will be light with speeds under 5 mph, mostly coming from the southeast, but also subject to topographical influences.
Temperatures will continue to slowly warm. Most areas should be in the mid and upper 70s today.
Skies will clear this evening and remain as such through the overnight into early Wednesday morning. Lows will generally stay in the low and mid 50s.
Wednesday will bring more of the same with fair weather clouds developing, then dissipating with the daytime temperature cycle.
Winds will be a bit more noticeable, coming from the southwest at 5-7 mph.
Afternoon highs will add another couple degrees, pushing the warmest areas to around 80 degrees while most of the rest of the region sees upper 70s. Even higher elevations should be near or above 75 degrees.
Wednesday evening will start clear, but clouds will build in around or after midnight. South winds will increase with speeds around 10 mph.
Temperatures will be kept up by the winds and clouds, with lows in the upper 50s to around 60 degrees.
Thursday will start out with clouds and perhaps some filtered sun. No rain is expected during the morning hours, though.
Winds will become gusty, with speeds around 15 mph and gusts to 35 mph.

Unsettled Weather
Rain will arrive Thursday afternoon as a widespread area. There may be a few leading thunderstorms as well. If any of these develop, there may be a sporadic wind risk, though widespread severe weather is unlikely.
Steady rain should persist through the late afternoon and evening hours, tapering to a few lingering showers overnight.
Highs on Thursday will be in the mid 70s with overnight lows in the mid 50s.
A couple stray showers cannot be ruled out on Friday, but for the most part, it should be dry. A few breaks of sun will be possible as well.
Winds will be back from the south and southwest with blustery speeds to match Thursday.
Temperatures will remain in the mid 70s for Friday afternoon and in the mid 50s Friday night.
Another area of rain is expected on Saturday, especially during the morning hours. The rain will be widespread and should last for several hours, with some areas seeing over a half inch of rainfall.
Northwest winds will take over with speeds mainly under 10 mph.
The wind shift and rainy day will keep temperatures cool with highs in the upper 60s.
A few lingering showers will be possible on Sunday. West-northwest winds will have speeds around 10 mph.
It will be cool, with morning lows in the mid and upper 40s and afternoon highs in the mid 60s.
Morning showers look possible next Monday. Temperatures will start in the low and mid 40s with afternoon highs in the mid and upper 60s.
Most of next week looks fairly dry and quiet with highs in the low 70s.
