A weakening weather system will move into the area Wednesday with some snow showers, mainly in the late afternoon.

Early Morning (3-7 AM)

Mostly clear skies.

No precipitation.

Winds SW around 10 mph.

Temperatures steady in the upper 0s and low10s with some localized colder pockets possible.

Morning (7-11 AM)

Early sun quickly giving way to cloudy skies.

No precipitation until a few stray flurries late.

Winds S around 10 mph.

Temperatures rising steadily through the 10s to near 20 degrees.

Midday (11 AM-1 PM)

Mostly cloudy.

A few brief flurries.

Winds S increasing to 10-15 mph.

Temperatures rising into the mid 20s for most areas.

Afternoon (1-4 PM)

Mostly cloudy.

A few brief flurries.

Winds S increasing to around 15 mph with a few gusts to 30 mph.

Temperatures rising slightly to the mid and upper 20s.

Late Afternoon (4-6 PM)

Mostly cloudy.

Occasional snow showers.

Winds S increasing to 15-20 mph with a few gusts over 30 mph.

Temperatures staying in the mid and upper 20s, but gaining another degree or two.

Evening (6-10 PM)

Some areas of clouds, some areas of clearing.

A few snow showers, especially early.

Winds SSW around 15 mph.

Temperatures rising to the upper 20s and low 30s.

Overnight (11 PM-3 AM)

Some areas of clouds, some areas of clearing.

A few stray snow showers.

Winds SSW around 15 mph.

Temperatures around or slightly above 30 degrees.
