Lingering flurries will end today as winds turn towards the south, setting the Finger Lakes up for a very nice day on Saturday.
Thursday will remain rather snowy, but quiet and mild conditions are expected to settle in for the weekend.
Lake effect snow will continue to organize this evening with locally heavy squalls through Thursday.
A cold front is bringing bursts of snow to the Finger Lakes Wednesday morning and will set the stage for some areas of lake effect snow tonight into Thursday.
