Thursday’s weather will not be a washout, but it will be a cool day with some occasional light rain showers.
Low pressure is moving out of the Ohio Valley and will bring a widespread moderate precipitation event to the Finger Lakes today.
The vast majority of the Finger Lakes will be quiet today, with a mix of sun and clouds. For a 10-20 mile wide stripe running roughly along Route 38, it might as well be mid-winter all over again.
