Rain showers will turn to flurries on Thursday across the Finger Lakes with only minor accumulations of snow expected.
Mixed precipitation will turn to rain this morning for most of the Finger Lakes before ending as snow this afternoon.
A complex winter storm will bring a wide range of impacts to the Finger Lakes. For ease in communicating the threats and storm conditions, I’ve broken the storm into 2 phases.
The weather over the next 48 hours will be rather active across the Finger Lakes as a number of systems pass through the area.
