High pressure will deliver a cold, but sunny Thursday. South winds on the backside of the high will bring warmer air to the Finger Lakes.
High pressure has moved southeast of the Finger Lakes, which will help temperatures become more tolerable.
A cold front moved through the Finger Lakes Thursday night, and high pressure over the Ohio Valley is extending northeast into the Finger Lakes.
