Temperatures will range from the upper 30s in Rochester to the upper 50s in Elmira on Wednesday.
Spotty freezing rain will be possible on Friday across the Finger Lakes as warmer air moves in.
High pressure will deliver a cold, but sunny Thursday. South winds on the backside of the high will bring warmer air to the Finger Lakes.
