Wind chills Thursday will be in the teens as gusty winds continue to buffet the Finger Lakes.
Lingering flurries will end today as winds turn towards the south, setting the Finger Lakes up for a very nice day on Saturday.
Thursday will remain rather snowy, but quiet and mild conditions are expected to settle in for the weekend.
Lake effect snow will continue to organize this evening with locally heavy squalls through Thursday.
