Active, humid weather winds down into the Labor Day weekend
The frontal boundary that has been the focal point for active weather the last few days, including last night’s severe thunderstorm complex, is shifting to the south. This will lead to a gradual reduction in temperature, humidity, and rain chances over the next two days. The holiday weekend may have a couple of stray spits of rain, this time from low pressure north of New England, but most of the time will be dry.
