An area of low pressure over the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast US will spread some clouds north towards the Finger Lakes.
A cold front will cross the Finger Lakes region this evening, bringing an end to our latest stretch of hot, dry weather.
Temperatures have been running about 15 degrees above normal for the Finger Lakes over the last few days. Friday and Saturday will offer no change from that, with highs well into the 80s both days.
High pressure centered south of the Finger Lakes has a firm grip on the weather east of the Mississippi River.
