The Finger Lakes will enjoy some quiet, comfortable weather to end the work week thanks to high pressure over the Great Lakes.
The cold front that moved through the Finger Lakes on Thursday is now well to the east of our region, but its parent low pressure is now stalled out and will continue to impact our weather in the coming days.
A much more comfortable, but still warm, day is in store for the Finger Lakes after Sunday’s heat and before Tuesday’s showers and storms.
Areas of dense fog in the wake of locally heavy rain on Thursday will reduce visibility early Thursday morning.
