A pair of weather systems are combining forces to bring some changeable weather to the Finger Lakes today and tomorrow.
Clear skies over most of the region have allowed temperatures to drop to near or below 0º this morning.
Winds are gusting to 30mph over western New York on the back side of the low pressure, which is located over northwest Pennsylvania now.
