Mixed precipitation will turn to rain this morning for most of the Finger Lakes before ending as snow this afternoon.
A complex winter storm will bring a wide range of impacts to the Finger Lakes. For ease in communicating the threats and storm conditions, I’ve broken the storm into 2 phases.
A strong storm system will spread heavy precipitation into the Finger Lakes Monday evening through the day on Tuesday.
After a quiet daytime, an intense snow squall is likely Friday evening ahead of an arctic cold front. Dangerous wind chills will develop this weekend.
