The vast majority of the Finger Lakes will be quiet today, with a mix of sun and clouds. For a 10-20 mile wide stripe running roughly along Route 38, it might as well be mid-winter all over again.

Most of the Finger Lakes is under a Wind Chill Warning from Thursday afternoon into Friday morning or afternoon.
Clear skies over most of the region have allowed temperatures to drop to near or below 0º this morning.
