An area of low pressure over the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast US will spread some clouds north towards the Finger Lakes.
The Finger Lakes remains locked into a tranquil weather pattern with high pressure dominating and preventing any weather systems from approaching the area.
A cold front will cross the Finger Lakes region this evening, bringing an end to our latest stretch of hot, dry weather.
Temperatures have been running about 15 degrees above normal for the Finger Lakes over the last few days. Friday and Saturday will offer no change from that, with highs well into the 80s both days.
