Most of the Finger Lakes will have not have to worry about the weather for the final night of 2014, but some lake effect snow may work into the northwestern parts of the region.
Colder air will settle into the Finger Lakes this week, but many areas will most likely still be seeing grass by the end of the week.
Temperatures in the Finger Lakes will remain mild through Saturday. A cold front will bring showers Saturday night and Sunday.
A developing storm system is lifting north through the Ohio Valley this morning. Over the next 12-24 hours, this system should intensify quite a bit.
