An area of rain Thursday will bisect the region with a sharp cut-off between rainier conditions to the south and dry weather to the north. For areas where it rains, it may come down steadily for a good portion of the day, starting in the morning and ending in the afternoon. Uncertainty remains in just how far north the rain will make it, though. Some rainy areas may see temperatures stuck in the 60s, while 70s are more likely to the north.
